Q. How did you discover clixifix©?
A. The system was recommended to us by other registered providers.
Q. What attracted you to clixifix©?
A. We needed a robust system to document the flow of defect enquiries, and for those enquiries to reach the right people in a timely manner. Clixifix© allows a central place for us to work collaboratively with internal teams and external contractors.
Q. Could you describe your experiences with clixifix©?
A. The clixifix© platform and the support we receive from staff are both great. The system itself is well-configured and easy to use. It is quite self-explanatory for both the providing organisation and its clients and contractors. The support and training staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable.
Q. What were the main challenges before you started using clixifix©?
A. We didn’t have a suitable process in place to deal with defects, and no transparency in the management of the defect once it left our ownership. We found that defects were being rectified, but we didn’t have a record of the defect journey.

They have been building new affordable homes for future generations since 2011, to make sure that people have a decent place to live and access to the opportunities they deserve. Over the next five years, they plan to deliver another 523 new homes.
