Based in Neath, Wales, Hale Construction is a multi-award winning company delivering major construction projects for local authorities, housing associations, and the private building market.

The system is user friendly and enables our clients to login to their portal for ‘real time’ updates and easy to manage our sub-contractors with comments all being stored within each plot.
The facility to store site drawings, meter readings, pre-handover defects, building manuals and tenant packs in one location is an added bonus.
The reports element is easy to use and very user friendly; this now gives us a clearer picture of KPI performances on our sub-contractors, something that we have not been able to measure previously due to using excel spreadsheets to record defects.”
The team are currently focusing on developments for local housing associations such as Taff Housing & ateb Group.
Having been users of the free clixifix® contractor portal, through their work with Pobl Group and Millbay Homes, the team were already familiar with some elements of clixifix®. They decided that they needed a way to digitise aftercare & snagging operations from all their clients (not just the ones already using clixifix®).
Moving forwards they will be able to manage jobs from all clients from one user-friendly dashboard. This will save them a lot of time, which was previously spent on updating Excel spreadsheets and pulling reports manually. They’ll be able to communicate with clients and subcontractors within the platform, so everyone will be on the same reporting channel.
