One of my favourite features is the App contacting the customer to let them know we are on route. clixifix® has been really easy to implement.
When you buy a system like this, you are concerned with lost time on the front end but this hasn’t been the case which has been brilliant.

Implementing the clixifix® Technicians App means Pete can book all jobs into one centralised area and nominate them to each individual electrician working in his team.
They can then have direct contact with the customer letting them know their ETA, notes about the job and the ability to capture a final sign off and closing images to support the closure of the job.
Pete can review the performance and profitability of each job undertaken and quickly see where his focus needs to be when growing his business.
