clixifix® is delighted to welcome on-board the team from DJR Smith to help them streamline their aftercare operations and provide a 5* service to their clients.

DJR Smith Ltd are registered with NICEIC and members of CHAS, who are committed to providing quality installations that are carried out by qualified tradesmen.

DJR Smith had been using the free clixifix® contractor portal to receive incoming work tickets from the house builders & construction companies they work with, who were already utilising a full clixifix® subscription.

They soon found themselves in need of exploring the full functionality clixifix® offers, and converted to an unlimited subscription. clixifix® is now a key tool within the whole team at DJR Smith, allowing for the efficient management of jobs within the team & creating a seamless link for their clients to collaborate easily via the platform to ensure defects & repairs are quickly resolved.

We’ve also created a unique relationship between clixifix® accounts for those who already use our platform. A seamless back & forth communication path allows for immediate efficiency gains for both parties!
