Founded by Stephen Parker 30 years ago, Parker Plumbing provide expert commercial plumbing services to the North West and beyond, and continue to still cater for domestic clients in East Lancashire and West Yorkshire.
Having started employing only a couple of staff, the company has grown from strength to strength and is now a respected plumbing and heating contractor working with clients across the whole of the UK.
The team at Parker Plumbing work on a variety of work, ranging from large scale housing developments to commercial contracts of any size. They provide plumbing, heating and M&E work from design through to aftercare and maintenance.
Parker Plumbing originally started using clixifix® through the free portal. As a trusted contractor to many of the housebuilders using clixifix, the team were receiving nominated work into an online portal which they would then need to manually schedule for their internal workforce.
By implementing clixifix across their business, the team are now able to automatically update their clients when work has been scheduled and/or completed. The aftercare team have a full overview of all work they are responsible for, across all the sites they work on with their internal engineers feeding real time updates directly back to Sophie and Emily in the back office team.

“We got to the point where we out-grew our current system and we needed to improve the service we were providing to our clients. clixifix was the obvious choice given that we were using it off the back of a number of clients already. clixifix provides us with one solution for our defects handling and means we have everything in one place making it easier to prioritise work and ensure we are responding in the most efficient way”
